Shipping policy

1. General Overview
Marinko’s Desserts does not offer delivery services. All orders are strictly pickup-only. We currently fulfill orders at our weekly farmers’ markets and select pop-up events in the Bay Area.

2. Pickup Locations & Schedule

  •  A list of our weekly market and pop-up locations (days, times, and addresses) is available on our Site under “Markets & Events.”
  • At checkout, you must select the pickup location and date that are most convenient for you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted, including your scheduled pickup window (typically 30 minutes before and after the specified time).

3. Order Lead Time

  • Standard Cake Slices: Require at least 24 hours’ notice before your desired pickup date and time.
  •  Large Cakes (6-inch, 9-inch): Require a minimum of three business days (72 hours) notice. This ensures proper soaking, blending, and layering of nutrient-activated ingredients.

4. Pickup Procedure

  • Arrive at the specified location during your assigned window. If you cannot pick up within that timeframe, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
  • Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) and a valid ID (if requested).
  • We will have your cake ready and packaged in our branded eco-friendly boxes. Gratuity for market staff is optional but appreciated.

5. Late Pickup

  •  If you fail to pick up within your designated window and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to donate or dispose of the cake.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late pickups.

6. No Shipping/Delivery

  • We do not ship cakes or any products to residential or business addresses. Any attempt to provide a shipping address at checkout will result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
  • If you require special arrangements (e.g., custom events, corporate gifting), contact us at marinkosdesserts@gmail.com or (310) 435-0504 to discuss options. We may recommend third-party local courier services at your expense, but we cannot guarantee safe transit for our perishables.

7. Changes to This Shipping & Pickup Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The version posted on our Site at the time of your order will apply.
