What does “raw vegan” mean?

Our cakes are uncooked and made from nutrient-rich, whole foods—like soaked cashews,raw cacao, dates, and nuts. We never bake or use animal products, refined sugar, gluten,or dairy. This preserves the natural enzymes, flavors, and health benefits of theingredients.

Are your cakes gluten-free and dairy-free?

Yes—all of our desserts are 100% raw, organic, vegan, gluten-free, and refined-sugar-free. We also steer clear of dairy, eggs, and soy.

Do you make birthday cakes?

Yes! We offer 6-inch and 9-inch celebration cakes perfect for birthdays or specialoccasions.

How many servings do the 6″ and 9″ cakes yield?

6″ cake serves approximately 8 people (~4 lb)
9″ cake serves approximately 16 people (~6 lb)We’ve found these sizes perfectly cater to small to mid-sized gatherings.

How should I store my cake?

To preserve freshness:
Refrigerate immediately and enjoy within 5–7 days.
You can also freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Can you deliver cakes, and how do I pick them up?

We currently do not offer delivery or shipping. Cakes can be picked up at our weeklyfarmers’ markets or pop-up locations. You can also place orders online and collect themin person.

How much lead time do you need to place an order?

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) for orders, especially for larger cakes orcustom requests.

Can I order sheet cakes or slices wholesale?

Absolutely! We offer large-format sheet cakes and pre-portioned square slices perfect forjuice bars, restaurants, corporate events, and catered gatherings. Check out our dedicatedwholesale/catering page and contact us to discuss your needs.

I have allergies—what should I know?

We use nut ingredients (cashews, almonds, pecans, etc.), and our facility handles coconutand gluten-free oats, so cross-contamination is possible. If you have severe allergies,please contact us—your safety is a top priority.

Yes! We enjoy working with you to craft a cake that suits your tastes—flavor combos,size options, or garnish variations. Just send us the details at least 3 days in advance, andwe’ll work to make it deliciously yours.
