How to Store Your Raw Cake

Raw cakes are a little different from what you might be used to.

No preservatives. No stabilizers. Just real ingredients — which means they need a bit of care.

Here's the short version:

Fridge: Up to 7 days. Keep it in an airtight container and you're good.

Freezer: Up to 3 months. Same deal — airtight container, and it'll keep beautifully.

When you're ready to eat a frozen slice, just pull it out and let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. It'll soften up perfectly.

A few things to avoid:

Don't leave it out at room temperature for too long. These cakes are made with coconut oil and fresh ingredients — they'll start to soften and lose their shape.

Don't refreeze after it's fully thawed. Just take out what you need.
